TITLE: Audit Assistant
TERM: Full time
START DATE/ TIME: TBA
DURATION: Long term
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Undertake audit work and maintain productive relationships with clients;
- Perform audit procedures in line with audit programs;
- Keep partners and managers up to date with the progress of your team;
- Actively engage in all stages of the audit;
- Provide support to accounting and tax outsourcing services delivery to the clients;
- Take personal responsibility and accountability for own work.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Audit, Taxation or other related field;
- 1-2 years of prior work experience in the areas of audit and/or accounting will be and asset;
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing
(ISAs);
- Knowledge of Armenian tax and accounting legislation;
- Knowledge of accounting software commonly used in Armenia;
- Extensive computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access);
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Readiness and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Good communication and analytical skills;
- Strong career commitment and aspiration for professional and career development;
- Willingness to travel, if necessary.
REMUNERATION/ SALARY:
Commensurate with skills and experience.
